Do you also get so involved in fascinating projects that recognitions escape you for months? Just this morning, I saw my name as top 2% worldwide scientist in the 2019 study by the Meta-Research Innovation Center at Stanford (METRICS). Looking at several indicators, this study analyzed data from 1996 through 2019, covering ~7 million scientists in 22 major fields ranging from epidemiology and nanotechnology to chemistry, economics and business.
Thanking my colleagues for tolerating, working with and citing me for two decades now, I am happy to be ranked among the top 200 of the world’s more than 10,000 researchers in the field of marketing. It’s an honor to have collaborated with such listed top scientists as Kusum Ailawadi, Jan-Benedict Steenkamp, Peter Verhoef, John Roberts, Kevin Keller, Dhruv Grewal, Thorsten Hennig-Thurau and Barbara Kahn.
